Cornerstone Behavioral Health was founded by Peter W. Moran, Ph.D., M.S., a clinical psychologist, and early leader in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in central Massachusetts, and Michael A. Cirillo, Ph.D., ABPP-CN, a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist.
Dr. Moran co-founded CBH and was instrumental in shaping its evidence-based, client-centered approach to care. He retired from active clinical practice in 2025 after more than 40 years of service as a clinician, supervisor, and educator.
Dr. Cirillo co-founded CBH and was instrumental in developing its neuropsychological and assessment services. In 2025, he transitioned from his role at CBH to focus on independent clinical work.
Although no longer practicing at Cornerstone Behavioral Health, both Dr. Cirillo and Dr. Moran’s leadership, expertise, and commitment to excellence continue to shape CBH’s mission and values today.
