Jaime Gildea, LICSW

Jaime is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who earned her Masters at Simmons University. With over five years of clinical experience and a prior 15-year foundation in teaching yoga and meditation, Jaime brings a holistic and compassionate approach to therapy. Her work is grounded in deep presence, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique path. She’s had the privilege of supporting individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and trauma.
Jaime’s therapeutic style is eclectic, tailored to each client’s needs, though she is most inspired by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. IFS helps us explore the many parts of ourselves with compassion, leading to greater self-understanding and healing. She integrates this framework with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based practices to support meaningful change.
What Jaime loves most about this work is the opportunity to sit one-on-one with people—to hear their stories, uncover their strengths, and walk alongside them on their journey of healing and self-discovery. She feels honored to be trusted with that process.
Aside from her passion for her work, Jaime loves to hike, paint, read, travel, and veg on the couch with popcorn, her dog, and Netflix.
