Lindsey is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who earned her Masters at Boston College. She has over ten years of clinical social work experience with adults ages 40-65+, most with a chronic or terminal illness facing life transitions and grief.
Lindsey believes deeply in building a therapeutic relationship rooted in warm, genuine attention, trust and kindness. She strives to always convey her belief in clients’ potential for growth and finds joy in fostering courage and self-empowerment to help her clients overcome anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She also has a keen interest in spirituality and generational trauma.
Outside of her professional role, Lindsey enjoys dancing, watching documentaries, genealogical research, caring for her pets, and laughing as much as possible.
